Scope
- Survey of the structure as actually built
- Check against current and planned use
- Retrofit design and construction details
- Technical and financial feasibility report
For the building that grew without a plan and now has to carry whatever got added on top.
Assessing an existing building and strengthening what's missing.
Back to services
We assess the existing structure, document what was actually built and check whether it can handle its current and planned use. That determines the retrofit: column jacketing, carbon fiber, new shear walls or foundation underpinning.
When a retrofit isn't feasible or doesn't make financial sense, we say so, with numbers. It's the answer nobody wants to hear and the only one that keeps you from paying twice.
Every item is done with construction in mind: what matters is that it can be built and backed up.
Projects where the site, the code and the budget decide what's possible.
One team brings the disciplines together so the project reaches the review desk complete.
Tell us what you'd like to build, and we'll come back with the scope, timeline and fee.
