How we work in this market

In public works, the problem is rarely building it. It's making sure the bid set survives review and every step of construction is documented, because it's going to be audited.

We prepare bid documents with all four disciplines coordinated, takeoffs backed up and unit prices broken down. During construction, we provide oversight with monthly reports and pay applications that match the real progress.

Most of our work is water, sewer and roadways: projects where whatever gets buried has to be tested and recorded before it's covered up.
