What to include in your request
- What you have today: a lot, an occupied building, stalled construction or a project on paper.
- Location and current stage: just an idea, schematic design, permit set or under construction.
- Main need: design, permit documents, construction, oversight or a retrofit.
- Documents you have: deed, survey, zoning, a geotechnical report or drawings.
We answer every request within two business days. If it's urgent, email us directly.
Request a proposal. You already know what you need. Tell us about the project, and we'll come back with the scope, the timeline and our fee.
Request an assessment. Not sure yet what you need? Describe the lot or the building, and an engineer will assess what's feasible and where to start.
