What we do
Service scope
We act as the owner's representative on projects built by others, checking quality, progress and pay applications. We inspect the rebar before every pour, track the concrete cylinder tests and record everything in the daily log.
We never build the projects we oversee. That separation is exactly what makes the oversight worth anything.
